Getting Away From it All in Colorado..

I think that most people think of Colorado as a perfect place to visit for the ski season. The snow the mountains, etc, etc. Thing is, hiking during this time of year in and around the state of Colorado can provide exhilarating, fun and just what the brain needs in a get away vacation.

The focus of this post will be in pointing you toward great places in and around the city of Denver. Of course part of our job will be to help you find a list of great Denver Hotels That provide the perfect balance of price and service. The biggest thing in considering what to do and where to stay when visiting Denver Colorado is to figure that posh and service at a hotel may not be all that important. Budget should be paramount on the mind in focusing the trip on getting near areas of interest but finding accommodations that are clean, quality and at the right price.

Personally I'd suggest on visiting Pike's Peak as a great option in hiking and experiencing the great outdoors. Visitors have found for decades that Pike's Peak offers breathtaking views and fun that you won't find at a theme or amusement park. It truly is nature at it's best.

Some of the best options that fit this criteria are the Guest House Denver Stapleton and the Budget Host Inn Denver.  Each property is just enough off the beaten path as to not disrupt or disturb a trip focused on getting back to nature, but at the same time is positioned geographically enough to provide a close proximity to things of necessity such as stores, restaurants and other things travelers of the modern era have grown to like.

Sure the outdoors and trips surrounding the enjoyment of the outdoors are fun and great for the soul. There is no reason to deprive yourself of modern conveniences while still getting out and enjoying the great outdoors.
